We give thanks for…

For my dear friend who lost her baby, and her sweet family who did as well. May they be comforted and supported in their times of grief and may their hearts know peace.

For all our sisters feeling the weight of empty arms and wombs; the heart ache of empty beds and clothes that won’t be worn. May they be held.

For my sister fighting for the safety of her child. May the legal system serve to support this perfect child and her supportive mothering.

For V, may she know her wholeness and see the beauty in her strong body and all it continues to give her - signs, messages, strength and rest.

For our friends remembering their divinity, their inherent worthiness, and for the creations they allow to come through them.

For all beings - may they be happy, may they be well, may they know their wholeness, may they be free.

For our fellow humans in places of war, enduring the unimaginable: may their bodies, minds, and spirits be protected and may peace arrive.

For our world and our Earth, may there be peace.

For all hands and beings that made this food I am about to feed my family possible. May the nourishment of this food bless our bodies and us to our service.

For the person causing great pain to another, may healing find his heart.
